Apricots in Brown Paper Sack |

This year we had abundant rain and the last cold snap was not cold enough to kill the blossoms on our apricot tree. In 16 years this is only the second time that it has produced fruit. I gathered the fruit just a little green and put it in a paper sack to ripen. Voila!
First, peel, pit and put some in the freezer.
Next, a painting! Tomorrow, fried pies! |
